The working conditions of the shearer in the process of cutting coal are complex and changeable,and the shearer's haulage unit is an important part of the coal mining machine.It is easy to fail during the working process.Therefore,this paper uses the electric traction shearer as The object of study was to study the dynamic characteristics of the shearer's haulage unit under typical working conditions.Firstly,based on the virtual prototype technology and using ADAMS dynamics software,this paper establishes the virtual prototype model of the coal shearer under the conditions of straight coal cutting and miter cutting.Through the theoretical calculation and the roller coal shear simulation,the external and internal loads of the shearer during the coal cutting process are obtained respectively,and the external loads are applied to the center of mass of the drum before and after the shearer.Then the shearer is obtained through kinematics and dynamics simulation.Traction section walking wheel,guide shoe,smoothing shoe in coal mining machine straight cut coal and miter cutting coal in the process of movement and stress characteristics.Secondly,the dynamics analysis of the walking wheels and the planetary gears of the key parts of the shearer's haulage unit is carried out using the contact dynamic theory and the rigid-flexible coupling multibody dynamics theory respectively.Using ANSYS/LS-DYAN dynamics software dynamic analysis of the dynamic engagement of the haulage unit's walking wheel and pin row,the dynamic contact force of the walking wheel and the variation law of gear tooth stress are obtained.Using the finite element software ANSYS and the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS,the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics analysis of the haulage unit planetary gear mechanism was carried out.The dynamic meshing characteristics of the gears at all levels and the dynamic stress cloud diagram of the two-stage planet carrier were obtained.Finally,using ANSYS-nCode fatigue life analysis software,a walking fatigue life analysis process module was established.Through the static analysis of the walking wheel and the dynamic contact load spectrum of the walking wheel and the pin row,the static load of the walking wheel and its load spectrum were used to study the fatigue life of the walking wheel and the tooth surface roughness.influences.By studying the dynamic characteristics of the shearer's haulage unit under typical working conditions and the analysis of the fatigue life of the walking wheel,the dynamic characteristics of the key parts of the haulage unit provide the theoretical basis for the optimization and design of the haulage unit.
