Coal-burning pollution is one of the major components of environmental pollution in our country,which will cause damage to the environment and human environment.The direct or indirect losses caused by coal-fired pollution in our country are enormous.The main pollutants include sulfur dioxide and dust particles Therefore,the development of a good flue gas purification technology is imperative;Furthermore,China's huge energy consumption,and a large part of the non-renewable energy sources,increasing energy recycling rate is also an important issueIn this paper,the multi-tube integrated desulphurization and desulphurization equipment of No.3Boiler of Guohui Environmental Protection New Energy Limited Heating Company is taken as the research object,and its dust removal and desulfurization efficiency is low,and the soot particulates and sulfur dioxiide emission concentration are not up to standard.Describes the working process of the equipment and the dust removal and desulfurization mechanism of the equipment in detail,as well as the main factors that affect the dust removal and desulfurization efficiency of the equipment,Based on the influencing factors,it is proposed to improve the dust removal and desulfurization efficiency of the equipment by increasing the immersion depth of the tobacco pipe,In fact,the equipment model was established by using gambit software and the fluent software was used to simulate the gas-liquid two-phase flow inside the integrated multi-tube dust removal and desulfurization equipment before and after modification.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the conclusion is drawn that the depth of immersing liquid pipe can improve the efficiency of dust removal and desulfurization.Therefore,taking the result of simulation as the guide,the depth of liquid immersion of equipment is increased to 250mm put into operation,compared with the actual measurement results show that:dust removal efficiency increased by 3%than the initial structure,desulfurization efficiency than the initial structure increased by 6.1%,To meet the national standards for soot and S02 emissions;the heating company in the summer of 2017,"three repair" period on the 3rd boiler grate has been transformed to the original chain grate chain-reciprocating grate type composite grate,The existing grate burning coal from the original standard coal for poor quality coal,low-grade coal ash and sulfur high,which led to the dust particles and sulfur dioxide over again,so this paper also proposed a set of equipment for tobacco pipe sparse The wave filter can further increase the dust removal and desulfurization efficiency of the equipment and carry out the simulation of the gas-liquid two-phase flow.The simulation results show that the dust removal and desulfurization efficiency improvement effect of the equipment is obvious after the addition of the windshower to the tobacco pipe.Based on the simulation results,In practice,the smoked pipe of the device is provided with a wave filter,and compared with actual measured results,the dust removal efficiency of the device is increased by 6.5%.Desulfurization efficiency increased by 8.6%,the emission standards of soot and SO2 greatly meet the national emission standards.Multi-tube dust removal dlesulfurization equipment dust desulfurization after the high temperature of waste water,waste heat recovery of this part of a certain degree of energy saving and environmental protection significance.The sewage water source heat pump system in the venue absorbs the waste water discharged into the fine river by the sewage treatment plant for heat supply.However,in the cold period,the sewage temperature is low and the impurities in the sewage are too much,which seriously clogs the sewage water removal and heat pump systems and affects Therefore,by connecting the dust removal and desulfurization waste water indirectly,the evaporator end of the sewage heat pump system can effectively solve the problems such as low inlet water temperature,cxcssive sewage impurities and silting up the heat pump evaporator,etc.,of the original connection of the heat pump,Effectively improve the quality of heating.Calculated on the integrated multi-tube dust removal equipment such as plate replacement heat recovery system,the annual recovery of 109,130 GJ of heat,equivalent to 3724 tons of standard coal,equivalent to an annual savings of 1.68 million yuan;according to the equipment recovery period formula,then 1 year will recover additional waste heat recovery system costs.
