Mine dust is one of the main natural disasters in coal mine, it not only affects the underground work environment, but also will be an explosion under certain conditions, which is a serious threat to the mine production security and staffs physical and mental health. With the continuous improvement of coal mine mechanization level, underground dust quantity is becoming larger and larger, a set of reasonable and effective dust removal device becomes extremely urgent. In the current dust removal technology, like venturi filter, bag filter, electrostatic precipitator and so on, but the technology cost is high, the volume is big, that can’t get a wide range of applications. This topic research by the coal mining face dust removal device is a kind of new dust removal technology methods, use of water in the pipe network pressure and wind pressure, through the nozzle jet to capture the dust formation, which can effectively reduce the coal mine dust, dust particles, concentration, purify the air quality, and eliminate the dust and dust explosion accidents at the same time.The existing coal mining working face dust removal device exists deficiency, mainly reflected in the atomization condition and water pressure, spray nozzle diameter and the relationship between the factors such as diffusion Angle. Due to the deficiency of existing equipment, the purpose of this topic is to develop a dust removal device which has the best nozzle structural parameters, to improve the efficiency of dust removal. This paper using numerical simulation method to analyze the coal mining working face dust removal device key components nozzle inside and outside the gas liquid two phase flow field, and its main research content is as follows:First of all, introduces the harm of coal mine dust, governance status quo of home and abroad,working principle of the dust removal device coal mining working face,and put forward this topic concrete research content and significance.Then, an overview of the coal mining face dust removal device needs to be used in numerical simulation of basic knowledge, including basic knowledge of fluid mechanics and computational fluid dynamics and jet theory and the summary of FLUENT software, laid a theoretical foundation for further numerical simulation.Finally, based on the above theory, set up different nozzle model in SolidWorks, import commonly used computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software Fluent to run the flow field simulation analysis, taking mining working face in coal mine dust removal device nozzle inside and outside the gas liquid two phase flow field in numerical simulation, carrying the straight pipe of different nozzle, nozzle diameter and jet diffusion Angle three aspects on the analysis, from that concluded the best work parameters.In this paper, the coal mining face dust removal device are numerically simulated, which make up for the deficiency of the domestic research in this aspect. Comprehensive consideration of water and gas velocity distribution, pressure distribution rule and jet nozzle inside and outside clustering, more comprehensive and more accurate comparison numerical simulation results was got. This topic research not only rich the dust removal device of the coal mining face of theoretical knowledge, but also for subsequent application provides certain guiding practical engineering.
