The theory of eco-sponge basin construction is a new theory developed by Chinese scholars in the process of comprehensive management of ecological environment in river basin.It is one of the main research directions for the comprehensive management of ecological environment and sustainable development of social economy in river basin.It is also the cross research direction of watershed geography and human geography.River basin as the main carrier of human civilization breeds in the human production and life of rapid development at the same time,it is also under huge pressure to environment,and lead to the human society the contradiction between economic development and natural ecological environment is more and more,the need to seek new ways of comprehensive treatment in basin.The main purpose of this study is optimize industrial structure of the basin reasonably,to extenuate or even solve basin in the contradiction between social and economic development and natural ecological environment,to make the whole river basin-water coupling system harmonious,to achieve sustainable development of the basin.To achieve this purpose,first,we should on the basis of the study of ecological civilization construction and sponge city and sponge field construction in the basin.Second,we should pay attention to the“sponge” characteristics of savings absorb restore.Third,we should construct evaluation index system of eco-sponge basin construction.At last,we should explore the evaluation method of eco-sponge basin and accord to the evaluation result and industrial structure typical correlation analysis.First of all,the theoretical connotation of eco-sponge basin is clarified based on the integration of relevant research progress and data collection in this study.Secondly,according to academician Wang Hao(2016)proposed the construction of eco-sponge river basin,in a river basin natural-artificial dualistic water cycle process system,considering basin hydrological adjustment potential,surface lakes adjustment potential natural vegetation,hydrology regulation potential hydrology regulation in soil,groundwater aquifer potential ability,water conservancy project adjustment,social and economic security,food security,water security,ecological environment security as evaluation criterion layers.And based on the requirement of the watershed hydrology regulation capacity and water safety evaluation subsystem,constructing evaluation index system of ecological sponge basin,using the weighted composite index method to calculate comprehensive index of ecological sponge basin potential.Realization of watershed eco-sponge construction potential partitioning method integration.Finally,as an example to Nanliujiang river basin in Guangxi,within the scope of the 10 counties(cities,districts)(Including Beiliu city,Yuzhou district,Fumian district,Bobai county,Xingye county,Luchuan county,Qinnan district,Pubei county,Lingshan county,Hepu county)as evaluation unit.The construction potential of ecological sponge basin in 2015 is classified.Based on the regional results and the typical correlation analysis of the industrial structure in Nanliujiang river basin.And than propose the optimal path for the industrial structure in Nanliujiang river basin.The results show that:(1)The comprehensive classification results of two subsystem layers,you can get two negative correlation subsystem layers classification results,namely each county(city,district)the higher the hydrology regulation ability evaluation,watershed water security needs assessment value is lower.The potential index of eco-sponge construction and river basin watershed hydrology regulation ability index were positively correlated,the result conform to the natural-artificial dualistic water cycle process system principle in Nanliujiang river basin.According to the high level,mid-high level,medium level,mid-low level,low level,divided into Hepu county and Qinnan district> Bobai county>Beiliu city and Pubei county>Yuzhou district and Lingshan county>Luchuan county,Xingye county and Fumian district,comprehensive zoning of eco-sponge basin construction potential in Nanliujiang river basin.(2)There is abundant water resource,but there is insufficient protection of the ecological environment in the river basin,so it is urgent to improve the ecological economic development in Nanliujiang river basin.According to the comprehensive index of eco-sponge basin construction potential in 10 counties(cities and districts),it can be seen that the ecological and economic development problems are common and different in Nanliujiang river basin.In order to optimize the industrial structure of Nanliujiang river basin,it is necessary to think about its commonness and separateness.According to discuss of canonical correlation analysis between the industrial structure and eco-sponge basin construction,we can be divided into the upstream tertiary industry leading area,the midstream primary industry leading area,the downstream secondary industry leading area.According to the local resource endowment of the basin,the paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the regional development.
