China is a big coal consuming country,about 60-70% of coal is supplied by coal in the primary energy structure,and the thermal power generation is the major coal producer.A large amount of harmful gases such as nitrogen oxides are emitted in the process of production.Nitrogen oxides have great destructiveness to human body,environment,humanity and natural landscape.Therefore,the demand for nitrogen oxide emission concentration is getting higher and higher.According to the GB13223-2011 emission standard for air pollutants in thermal power plants,the concentration of NOx emission should not be greater than 200mg/m3.This paper mainly studies the SNCR denitration transformation of #9 and 10 circulating fluidized bed boilers in a factory,and analyzes the factors affecting the SNCR technology.Set goals for the transformation of the premise,to achieve this goal,the selection of injection equipment,through the window temperature,flue gas and spray angle caused by the flow,wear,spray penetration,external steel structure and other aspects,analyzes the possible design point of four points including hearth,separator,separator,entrance to determine the final positions,has the superiority of the above aspects,to determine the access point injection device.Then,the choice of reducing agent,through the use of liquid ammonia,ammonia water and urea three commonly used reductant characteristics,safety comparison,and ultimately determine the urea as the SNCR denitration system using reducing agent.According to the above results,the amount of urea solution needed in theory is calculated.Finally,the equipment of urea preparation and storage,the main equipment of jet equipment were selected.Through the influence of the reformed SNCR system on the boiler,the performance of the SNCR system,the economic analysis,the control of the SNCR system are discussed in three aspects.After transformation,the operation cost of SNCR system is offset by reducing the cost of sewage discharge and increasing the price of denitration power.It is concluded that the cost of SNCR technology is low and the operation cost is not high.Especially,the SNCR technology of circulating fluidized bed boiler not only has the advantage of economy,but also has the advanced technology.
