Nitrogen oxides are one of the main pollutants in the atmosphere and the main reason for acid rain and Chemical fumes.In recent years,air pollution has become one of the most concerned environmental issues.In the electric energy structure of our country,coal-fired power generation is still the main power generation mode,and can occupy seventy percent of the whole power capacity.Coal-fired units in operation in time with a lot of nitrogen oxides emissions,the control of coal-fired power plant emissions of nitrogen oxides without delay.In this context the transformation of thermal power plant flue gas denitration project is imperative.This paper focuses on Guohua Beijing Thermal Power Boiler No.2 denitration renovation project was described in detail,in connection with the renovation project technical specifications,environmental benefits and economic indicators index evaluation in three areas,but also on the whole renovation project denitration a comprehensive evaluation.This paper first explains the background and significance of the topic,and summarizes the development of the project evaluation at home and abroad.Then introduced the denitration renovation project evaluation theory,expounded the formation mechanism of coal-fired power plant boiler nitrogen oxides,and the comprehensive comparison and analysis of the three kinds of denitrification technology are presented.At the same time,this article describes the comprehensive evaluation methods used,including AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.On this basis,the paper describes the detailed program Guohua Beijing Thermal Power Boiler No.2 denitration renovation projects,including denitration method adopted by the project,civil foundation construction,electrical part,control part of the system,ash handling part and so on.With the combination of technical solutions,this article evaluates the environmental benefits,and the economic benefits were evaluated.Thus,this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of Guohua Beijing Thermal Power Boiler No.2 denitration renovation projects,including the transformation of technical indicators,environmental efficiency targets and economic indicators,and then applies the AHP to determine each index weight and conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the project by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Through analysis shows that the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model can well be objective data and expert judgment combination makes for coal-fired boiler removal denitrification transformation project evaluation more intuitive and comprehensive,for power generation enterprises removing nitrate transformation project provides a reference and draw lessons from a meaning.
