Since twenty-first Century,the development level of the construction industry is increasing with the expansion of investment scale in infrastructure construction in China,and it is playing an increasingly important role in our national economy.Building construction project is a major component of the construction industry,and it plays a decisive role in the development of the construction industry.However,the safety problems are very serious faced by building projects.According to the data of the Ministry of housing construction,there were 247 accidents in our country during the site construction in 1-5 month of 2017.It resulted in the death of 293 people and the direct economic losses is exceeding ten billion yuan,which brought huge losses to the life and property of employees,the economic interests of society and enterprises.The main reasons for the frequent accidents and serious loss are the low level of safety management,the lack of necessary safety management institutions and the weak awareness of the safety of the front-line workers in China.At the same time,there are also problems such as inexactitude supervision,neglect to take precautions and so on.Taking Z building construction project as an example,this paper evaluates the safety management of the construction site which is not only beneficial to improve the working environment of the builders,improve the execution rate of the workers,but also it can ensure the safe and smooth implementation of the building construction project,and protect the life property and the economic safety.At the same time,it has important reference value for the other related construction projects of the safety management.In the research,this article first consults many related literature materials of the domestic and foreign.On the basis of introducing the relevant theory of the safety management evaluation of the construction project,this paper combines the actual situation of the Z construction project,investigates and studies the safety risks and management status it faces and analyzes the possible risk points in the construction process.It also summarizes five different levels of human factors,management factors,fire safety,mechanical equipment and environmental factors,and finally,the evaluation index system of Z building construction project safety construction is established.And then,this paper uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to calculate the relative importance of the five kinds of risk factors,and the evaluation model of safety construction of this project is constructed on the base of it.Finally,the paper carries outa comprehensive safety evaluation on the Z building construction project by practical application of the model,and the safety state of the project is found to be "safer".In order to improve the safety of the building project and ensure its smooth operation,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of improving safety awareness,setting up safety management institutions,strengthening education and training and so on.So then we can promote the safe operation of Z building construction projects and avoid accidental losses to the greatest extent.
