In recent years,with the recovery of the real estate market,the construction industry has ushered in a new start of bloom,followed by a period of high incidence of security accidents.During the construction process,safety management is one of the core contents of project construction management.The quality of project safety management not only directly affects the revenue of the enterprise,but also is closely related to the reputation of the enterprise in the industry.It plays an extremely important role for the enterprise in keeping a sustainable and stable development.From the "people-oriented" of the 18 th CPC National Congress to "seeking happiness for the Chinese people" at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the society of China is increasingly emphasizing the importance of people,and humane care is reflected everywhere.From the perspective of construction,it is natural to pay more attention to the importance of Safety Management.J Construction Group is a large-scale enterprise mainly engaged in the construction industry and taking into account various operations.Real estate construction is its main business content and its first business as well.It has more than 40 years of industry history and counts outstanding achievements.However,with the development of society and the technological innovation of the industry,J Construction Group has shown some problems in the management of project safety in the process of progress,which has seriously hindered the development of the enterprise.This article will select several typical project construction cases of J Construction Group,mainly from the five aspects of on-site safety inspection,employee safety education,safety management conflicts,safety consciousness and BIM frontier technology application to raise the company's existing problems in project construction safety management.Review and combine relevant basic theories,such as: project safety inspection mechanism,project hazard source management,project communication and conflict management,project organization management,BIM working principle etc.,to analyze the reasons for its formation.According to the characteristics of J Construction Group and the actual management situation,this article will use a combination of theory and practice to provide reasonable suggestions and strategies in the following aspects which are improving the project construction safety inspection system,strengthening project construction safety education process management,alleviating and adjusting project construction site conflicts,increasing the project construction safety awareness of all staff,and using high-tech methods.The research results of this article will improve and help the safety management of the construction projects of J Construction Group,thereby effectively controlling the incidence of construction safety accidents,reducing the construction costs of enterprises due to safety accidents,at the same time increasing enterprise's competitive power and reputation in the construction industry.It can also provide possible reference for the field of construction safety management in China.
