The energy issue has always been a matter of concern.Under the background of accelerating the adjustment of energy consumption structure in China and actively exploring the use of renewable energy, biogas projects have received increasing attention.Biogas projects use crop stalks, human and animal dung as raw materials, and biogas can be generated.Biogas can be used for people's energy of production and living, the surplus of biogas can also be used to generate electricity, but the biogas project will produce by-product biogas slurry, biogas slurry is an intractable biogas residue, which seriously affects the development of biogas project. This paper takes biogas residue industrial chain as the research object, based on circular economy theory, optimizes the existing biogas residue industrial chain to meet the requirements of circular economy development. The author investigated the biogas project of Liumin village in Beijing, the biogas project of Qingxian in Cangzhou, the biogas project of Linzhang in Hebei, and built a DEA evaluation model based on circular economy theory to analyze the biogas residue industrial chain in these regions. The results show that these three biogas residue industrial chains do not meet the development requirements of the circular economy, and the increase of input factors will generate a large number of pollutants.Based on this, this paper proposes three optimized biogas residue industrial chain models, respectively for domestic biogas projects, household biogas projects and large-scale biogas projects,to solve the problem of biogas residue, and finally to enable the biogas residue industry chain to be widely promoted, this article proposes several reasonable suggestions.
