Distillation system is the key point of PID control operation in chemical technology.That the distillation process is the most important for many experts and scholars to optimize it.The process control parameters is easy to be affected by the change of external conditions in the process of chemical production.That make the device stable operation and product qualification rate fluctuate.For this reason,we study and analyzes a section of distillation system in this paper.On the one hand,dynamic matrix algorithm is introduced into conventional PID control for distillation column operation,on the other hand,linear programming model is used in the exchanger unit to calculate the reasonable deployment of several material fluids.This article mainly includes the following parts:Part One:We analyzed the deisobutane rectification column.Through DMC algorithm,the control variable of the system input step signal is used to the prediction model.The input value of PID control variable is optimized online by optimizing performance index,this step gives theoptimal control increment.Then the error between the output value of the controlled variable and the predicted value is feedback correction,so that the final output value(the product index)is closer to the expected value.and the stability of the system is significantly enhanced.Part Two:We analyzed the heat exchanger unit.The different fluid of the tube and shell is mainly used as variables,According to the Microsoft data analysis,we discover the relationship between variables and conduct modeling analysis,and establish the linear programming model.Finally we can solve the problem on the basis of satisfying the objective function,thus calculating the optimal value or interval of the model.So that we can make rational use of resources,reduce waste,lower costs and increase economic benefits.Finally,the research work of the article is summarized,and the development of the mathematical model in the distillation system is proposed.
