Research On Potentialities Of Russian Oil And Gas Export Trade To China

The new changes in the international energy pattern have provided new opportunities for the development of Sino-Russia oil and gas trade.Sino-Russian oil trade started earlier,and the natural gas trade between the two sides has also made substantive progress in recent years.However,with the constant changes in the energy situation of the two countries and the world,the oil and gas trade between China and Russia still has much room for improvement and improvement.Through the collection and sorting of large amounts of data,this article combines the trade theories with the current realities faced by China and Russia,and analyzes the theoretical foundations and trade motives of Sino-Russian oil and gas trade.By combing the production and consumption of oil and gas resources in China and Russia,the foreign trade of oil and gas,and the oil and gas trade between China and Russia,comprehensive understanding of the role of the two countries in the oil and gas supply and demand market and the current development of oil and gas trade between the two countries.Based on the trade gravitation model and the PEST factor analysis model,the influencing factors of Russia's oil and gas export trade potential were analyzed from five aspects of politics,economy,socio-culture,technology,and natural factors.,AHP has proved that Russia has the greatest potential for China's oil and gas export trade.Then,through the random frontier trade gravitation model,the main factors influencing Russia's oil and gas exports were analyzed,and the Russia's oil and gas export trade efficiency and trade potential value were calculated,in addition,the empirical results of the analytic hierarchy process and the stochastic frontier trade gravitation model are used to analyze the trade potential of Russian oil and gas exports to China.Finally,the paper starts from the five aspects of politics,economy,socio-culture,technology and natural factors and proposes corresponding countermeasures for realizing Russia's oil and gas export potential to China.
