| This paper describes the overview of the development of waste asphalt mixture regeneration process and the development of renewable equipment.Every year,maintenance and renovation of each grade highway produced a large amount of waste asphalt mixture,which is the recycling of waste asphalt mixture is imperative.The raw materials are waste asphalt mixture of the slow lane of the Shenfu Highway Department in this subject by recycling of used asphalt solvent extraction method.The main physical and chemical properties of the waste asphalt is measured and analyzed.According to its nature and composition,I will choice II agents as the regenerate recycled waste asphalt.And new asphalt Liaohe Gaosheng AH-90#asphalt is used as the supplement asphalt.The recycled asphalt that are in line with 2-2 Climate Division Class A 90#of?Technical Specifications for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavements?(JTG F40-2004)standard were studied comparing with new AH-90 asphalt of Liaohe Gaosheng.The experimental data show that the physical and chemical properties of the recycled asphalt meet the requirements of the pavement.The temperature susceptibility,the high temperature stability and the low temperature crack resistance of the recycled asphalt are examined by the penetration index(PI),T800 and T1,2 in the road performance examination of the recycled asphalt.The paper discusses the anti-aging proportions of recycled asphalt by weight loss coefficient method and the softening point rate increase constant method,comparing with the anti-aging properties of new asphalt.Experimental data can be seen that the higher the aging temperature,the worse the road performance.With the aging time,the aging resistance of recycled asphalt and the physical and chemical properties of each index become worse.Under the same conditions,the physical and chemical properties of the new asphalt is higher than that of recycled asphalt,which shows that the aging resistance of the new asphalt is better than recycled asphalt. |
