Cyclohexanone can be widely used as the raw material in petrochemical industry.Its main application can be divided into two parts,amides and non amides.In recent years,the Cyclohexanone industry in our country is in a period of overcapacity with the rapid expansion of production capacity.In order to gain a more favorable position in the market competition,low-cost technology roadmap,high-quality products and energy-saving emission reduction become the advantages of enterprises in the same industry competition.The alcohol ketone capacity of this company is 100,000 MT per year.It uses the advanced Cyclohexene production technology to produce Cyclohexanone and Cyclohexanol.The Cyclohexanone is the raw material of Adipic acid,and the Cyclohexanol is for sale as by-product.Its advantage is high conversion ratio,energy-saving,environmentally-friendly and safety,but comparing to other suppliers its problem is high energy consumption of distillation system and operation instability of some distillation equipments.In order to improve the operation stability and decrease energy consumption,this paper gives energy-save reformation technology research from the energy consumption structure of alcohol ketone of this equipment,the optimal matching of heat exchanger network,the improvement of heat utilization ratio of high temperature mediums and the high efficiency and energy-saving of some distillation equipments.This paper researches the heat exchanger network of the present alcohol ketone equipment using pinch technology,finds the position in which the heat and cold are unmatched,and proposes the technology improvement plan.According to the conclusion of pinch analysis,this paper uses balance model and optimization model of heat exchangers,and optimizes the present heat exchanger network and system to improve the heat utilization ratio of high temperature medium and steam,reduce energy consumption by 23%.By the simulation and calculation software of distillation towers,the hydrodynamics and process ability of some distillation towers after reform is researched to ensure the stable operation and better energy-saving effect.After reform not only the distillation system operates stably and the energy consumption decreases,but also its operation ability and separation efficiency are improved,the processing capacity increased by 20%.
