| Pulverized coal boiler as an important production of chemical energy in the production of equipment,often the phenomenon of coke in the furnace,serious will lead to boiler tube burst furnace.In this paper,the 260T/H boiler of Hengsheng Chemical Company is taken as the research object,and the boiler coking problem is solved by local optimization of boiler combustion equipment.In this paper,we first study the coking phenomenon of the furnace wall and the superheater.Furnace water-cooled fireplace wall and burner at the coke block has a large,contiguous,coke block with high density,hard,strong characteristics.Superheater at the pipe between the rows of large amounts of ash,the carbon content of less easy to clean,with multiple layers,loose,fragile state.The reason for the formation of coking is the local eddy current hot fouling in the high temperature semi-liquefied semi-curing rapid formation,can not be taken away in time.Coke serious cause boiler tube outage,local coke affect the unit with load.And then the boiler furnace aerodynamic field test and the furnace center of the tangential measurement of the study,the boiler burner equipment for analysis.It is found that the deviation of the secondary air under the 100%opening is 5m/s,the secondary air deviation is 8.3m/s,and the deviation rate is more than 20%.Found a wind and secondary wind speed deviation,resulting in poor angle with the wind is caused by the main reason for the furnace coke.In order to solve the problem of coking,the design of the air vents in the primary air vents to increase the arrangement of the wall,the study of the wind pressure set the selection range,the nozzle cross-sectional size to determine the selection of heat-resistant materials and other means to successfully complete the burner device Optimization processing.Finally,the data on the effect of adding a wind-filled wall nozzle are studied.By measuring the secondary wind speed in the furnace,the aerodynamic field is used to verify the characteristics of the damper,and the center of the furnace is measured.Sub-wind wind speed maximum deviation of 1.3m/s,the deviation rate of less than 5%;heating surface is not less than lm/s uniform distribution of air.The transformation effect is good,to achieve the original design requirementsHot on the boiler running oxygen,exhaust temperature,with load capacity and other tests,the effect is good.Running six months time,no coke phenomenon,and achieved good application effect. |
