With the speeding up of urbanization and the improvement of industrialization,a large number of people come to the city and the scale of industrial production continues to expand.This has led to an increasing amount of domestic sewage and industrial sewage.In order to treat sewage,the scale of sewage treatment plant was expanded,resulting in increased sludge output.Sanitary landfill,as the main method of sludge disposal in China,has the disadvantages of affecting the landfill environment and groundwater safety.At the same time,it takes up a lot of land resources and cannot adapt to the increasing sludge output.In response to policies and national conditions,the use of coal-fired units mixed with sludge is an efficient and clean solution,and it is also the trend of future development.This paper carried out experimental research on different coal-fired units.In this paper,a typical pulverized coal boiler and was tested for sludge blending,and the combustion data during blending was monitored;analyze the changes in the boiler efficiency,combustion stability,environmental protection emissions and economics of the generator set under different combustion conditions and blending ratios;study the characteristics of different boilers in sludge blending;explore the most suitable boiler load for sludge blending;focus on the combustion optimization of the pulverized coal boiler's blending process,comprehensively compare the impact of sludge blending on the overall economy,and propose solutions to the current key problems of sludge blending.research shows:The pulverized coal boiler has a stable combustion process at a reasonable blending ratio,and the pollution emissions meet the environmental protection requirements;serious clogging occurs in the coal mill with blended sludge,indicating that blended sludge has a greater impact on the pulverizing system;when the boiler thermodynamic calculation is carried out after the mixing of sludge,It is necessary to modify the parameters of the relevant calculation formula(such as M and the radiation heat transfer coefficient of heating surfaces at all levels);when the boiler is mixed with sludge under the same load,the thermal efficiency of the boiler will be reduced to different degrees,and the reduction will increase with the increase of the boiler load;with the increase of the total amount of mixed sludge every year,the operating cost decreases and the total annual income increases.After reasonable transformation,the operation can be profitable in the same year;...
