| Membrane separation technology has the advantages of simple operation,strong adaptability and long service life.It will gradually become the mainstream technology for material separation.FCC slurry is residue oil produced by catalytic cracking process.It contains 70%~80%aromatic hydrocarbons,which is valuable for recycling.However,1%the catalyst solid particles contained in slurry seriously affected the quality of deep processed products.In order to satisfy the recycling of FCC slurry,The ceramic membrane technology was applied to filtration,the experimental device was designed and the study was deeply discussed.1.In this paper,the effect of ceramic membrane filtration on FCC slurry was experimentally investigated,and the effect of operating conditions was discussed in this study.The results showed ceramic membranes can efficiently remove impurities and adapt to the complex working environment.The experiment laid the foundation for the industrialization of ceramic membrane technology.2.The FLUENT was used to simulate the flow in the membrane tube.Porous media model was used to simulate the infiltration process and the model of the membrane tube was established.The change of the velocity was the tube was investigated.The change of pressure drop was the same section is analyzed.It provides a basis for the improvement of the structure of the membrane tube.3.Through cleaning experiments,the reuse of membrane tube was explained.The performance of ceramic membrane tube filtration was investigated.4.Using MDEA as raw material,a pilot scale test of ceramic membrane technology was carried out.The results show that the effect of impurity filtering can be enhanced,and can lengthen the service life of the device The above experiments verify whether the technology meets the needs of industrialization. |
