Study On Modification Of Polyglycerol And Preparation Of Preservative Water Reducing Agent

Polyglycerol,being an important fine chemical product and synthetic intermediate,has a wide range of uses.As early as the early 20 th century,its synthetic research has been reported,but its application in food,medicine and daily chemical products are limited due to its poor product quality at that time,such as smell,color and stability,etc.In recent years,with in-depth research and improvement of synthetic procedure and separation and purification methods of polyglycerol,polyglycerol and its derivatives are greatly improved in quality.Meanwhile,the rise of the global bio-diesel industry makes glycerol,by-product of polyglycerol,a rich and inexpensive resource.To develop deep processing products of glycerol,and to increase the added value of glycerol,have become a hot spot for biomass chemicals research,of which the use of glycerol to make polyglycerol is one of the important ways.Polyglycerol,as an important chemical raw material and intermediate,its downstream derivatives such as polyglycerol ester type polyol ester nonionic surfactants,not only has a strong emulsification,dispersion,penetration and solubilization capacity,but also has stronger acid resisting and heat resisting ability than other polyhydroxy fatty acid esters.Polyglycerol esters are used as emulsifiers in the food industry as well as emulsifiers and dispersants in cosmetic products.With polyglycerol ester,polyglycerol laurate,polyglycerol acrylate,and sulfonated poly glycerol are synthesized,and new polycarboxylate superplasticizer polyglycerol acrylate is synthesized with polyglycerol acrylate as the third monomer in the process of snythesizing the polycarboxylate superplasticizer.By testing the properties of poly glycerol monolaurate,polyglycerol acrylate and sulfonated poly glycerol,it is shown that polyglycerol acrylate has better ability to reduce surface tension,and better foam stability,which contribute to good dispersion performance of cement.Moreover,polyglycerol laurate has better solubilization ability for benzene.It's concluded that the new polycarboxylate superplasticizer has good slump retaining property in concrete retention.
