Along with the development of biodiesel industry,glycerin related production is increasing rapidly.The glycerol molecule contains three hydroxyl groups,which can react with various compounds and produce various types of derivatives,polyglycerol is one of the derivatives,polyglycerol is a kind of nonionic surface active agent with excellent surface activity,high emulsification ability,and non-toxic side effects to human body,it is widely used in food,medicine and cosmetic et al.Glycerol derivatives are important chemical products,such as polyglycerol react with fatty acid to prepare polyglycerol fatty acid ester?PGFE?,which is a kind of excellent emulsifying agent,can be used as food additive.In this thesis,preparing polyglycerol through alkali catalytic,by optimizing the experiment conditions:under different pressure,using different glycerol polymerization catalysts,change the dosage of alkali,different reaction temperature and time.The results show that:the catalytic order of alkali is NaOH>KOH>Na2CO3>K2CO3,the optimal alkali dosage is 15%,the suitable reaction temperature is 140?,reaction time is 5h.The polyglycerol prepared under the optimized conditions reacted with stearic acid and aspartic acid,the product was characterized by MS and FT-IR.Six polyglycerol monostearate?6-PGME?can self-assembly under certain temperature,it will self-assembly into a double layer structure,the distance between the two layer around100nm,if there are material generated between two layers,sandwich will limit the growth of the particles,thus,the sandwich structure can bu used as template to prepare nanometer particles.Zinc ions distributed in 6-PGME emulsion to prepare nano-ZnO,characterized by SEM,EDS,UV,TEM,XRD,the result shows that the preparation structure is composite material with nano-ZnO particles dispersed in 6-PGME sandwich?ZnO/6-PGME?,as can be seen from SEM and TEM diagram,results show that the material is flake structure,the size of the flake structure is around 200nm,the diameter of human skin pores is 0.020.05mm,thus daub on the skin,the material will not clog the pores.Besides,ZnO/6-PGME can be well dispersed in oil phase,which still maintain well ultraviolet absorption and high visible light transmittance,indicating that ZnO/6-PGME can be used as ultraviolet screening agent in cosmetics research and development.
