Copper is a kind of non-ferrous metal materials with high consumption in China.However,in the actual copper industries,a large amount of copper-bearing sewage is discharged into rivers and other water environments,resulting in serious pollution problems.Therefore,an effective technology needs to be developed urgently to deal with such problems.This paper mainly studied the extraction and separation performance of ionic liquid Aliquat 336 on simulated Cu?II?in water.The regeneration and recycling performance of ionic liquid Aliquat 336 and the simultaneous presence of Cu?II?and Fe?III?were investigated.Extraction and separation performance of Cu?II?and Fe?III?in wastewater.The specific research content is as follows:?1?When the other experimental conditions are the same,comparing the extraction effect of four kinds of room temperature ions of Aliquat 336,[H3C14P]Cl,[Omim]PF6 and BPyNTF2 on the extraction of Cu?II?in aqueous solution,the optimum extractant is Aliquat336.Then,complexing agent EDTA assisted Aliquat336 extraction of copper Ions in simulated wastewater was studied.The experimental conditions were optimized by examining the molar ratio of EDTA to Cu?II?,the volume ratio of ionic liquid to aqueous solution,the initial concentration of Cu?II?,the extraction temperature,and the pH value on the extraction rate of Cu?II?.The results showed that when the volume ratio of ionic liquid to aqueous solution is 1:5,the initial concentration of Cu?II?is 600 mg/L,the pH is 4,adding equimolar EDTA can make the extraction rate of Cu?II?in water increased to more than 85.5%from 5.0%by Aliquat 336.?2?For the regeneration and reuse of ionic liquid Aliquat 336 after extraction of Cu?II?,the stripping performance of Cu?II?in Aliquat 336 after extraction saturation is studied.By comparing the stripping rate of Cu?II?stripped from the saturated saturated Aliquat336 with seven stripping agents of NaCl,HCl,Milli-Q water,H2SO4,HNO3,NH3·H2O,and NaOH.Under the same experimental conditions,NaCl is selected as the stripping agent with the best stripping efficiency and low cost.The NaCl concentration,stripping time and other conditions effect on stripping Cu?II?from Aliquat 336 were investigated.When the loading concentration of Cu?II?in Aliquat 336 is 14 g/L,the volume ratio of organic phase to stripping agent(VILs:Vaq)is 1:5,the stripping ratio can reach 97.2%of stripping Cu?II?from Aliquat 336 with 1mol/L NaCl at room temperature.Aliquat 336 can be recycled.After four times of recycling,the extraction rate can still reach more than 80%.?3?In view of the separation of copper ions from other coexisting metal ions in wastewater,the separation of Cu?II?and Fe?III?was studied as an example.The experimental conditions were optimized by examining the factors such as simulated acidity of wastewater,extraction temperature,two-phase contact time,volume ratio of ionic liquid to aqueous solution,and different concentration ratios of Cu?II?to Fe?III?in water phase on the extraction separation rate of Cu?II?to Fe?III?.The results show that:under the extraction conditions of the volume ratio(VILs:Vaq)is 1:5,the concentration of hydrochloric acid in the aqueous solution is 0.5 mol/L,the reaction temperature is room temperature,and the contact time of the two phases is 10 min,the extraction rate of Fe?III?is greatly improved,reaching 91.2%,while the extraction rate of Cu?II?is only 4.1%,achieving the separation purpose.For the recycling of Aliquat 336 after stripping,good separation of copper and iron can be achieved after 7times of reuse,and the separation effect is significantly reduced after the 8th time..
