The appearance of the garment CNC cutting machine is a transformation of the garment industry,which not only brings highly active production efficiency for enterprises,but also brings trouble for the maintenance of the enterprise.As the garments products are affected by seasonal changes,popularity,location differences and other relatively impact,the production and sale time is short,and the backlog products are not easy to be handled,therefore,the garment equipment needs to be processed in time when it fails.The traditional way of on-site maintenance by sending after-sale personnel is bound to increase the stagnation time of equipment and increase the cost of after-sale operation of enterprises,which is not conducive to long-term operation.In order to solve the equipment failure and reduce the cost of after-sale maintenance,a remote auxiliary fault diagnosis technology for garment CNC cutting machine is proposed.Through the research and analysis of garment CNC cutting machine,a remote fault diagnosis technology for C/S model is explored.The software system of client and server for network communication is programmed,and the fault self diagnosis system for initial diagnosis is completed.The client collects and stores the information of the machine tool,and the server remotely collects the fault information of the equipment through the Internet.When the equipment fails,the on-site technician can use the self-diagnosis system to remove the trouble.When the site personnel can't solve the failure,the client software system is used to remote request connection server;the client and the server establish network communication after receiving the request and accepting the connection application.The server reads the fault information collected by the client.The equipment manufacturer relies on the skillful equipment design and manufacture method,the rich diagnosis experience,the continuous full analysis ability and the expert resources.Through the statistics and analysis of the data,the cause of the failure is obtained,and the on-site personnel are instruct to solve the fault.The purpose of it.When the remote diagnosis can not solve the problem,the related accessories and tools can also be prepared in advance,so as to reduce the delay caused by the unknown factors and uncertainty.Communication software system uses WinSocket network technology to achieve remote communication between client and server.The system uses UDP for connection application and TCP for data transmission.Multithreading is used to send data,which prevents the main thread from blocking due to data transmission.The main thread is used to send and receive communication instructions and interactive information,and the sending and receiving files are handled individually by creating a sub thread.The client collects and stores the failure related data by the control system.After establishing the connection,click the server software button,the client can send the corresponding data to the server automatically,and the server side receives and displays the fault information.The fault self diagnosis system uses the database retrieval function,and automatically generates the retrieval code through the selected fault information and matches the data in the database.When the same code is retrieved,the corresponding fault diagnosis scheme is displayed on the interface.The on-site technicians can use the self diagnosis system to diagnose the faults preliminarily,and the after-sale technicians can also use the self diagnosis results as a reference.
