My thesis is about the Study of Computer Aided Test and Adjustment System of CNC Machine. Malfunction Diagnosis technology, Signal Test technology, Objectriented technology and Expert System are now used in the field of Controlling more and more widely. It has highly economical and practical value and can greatly improve the adjusting efficiency of CNC to integrate all these technologies into a Computer Aided Test and Adjustment System of CNC Machine. First of all, we analyze the errors that cause the assembling quality of CNC Machine. The feasibility of Power Diagnosis is illuminated. And then, the Model of CNC Machine is built at the basis of knowledge expression of Expert System. In addition, the method of periodogram is introduced. Secondly, the Object Oriented technology and development methods are introduced. lYe analyze and design the Test and Adjustment System by using the Unified Model Language (UML) and the Rational Unified Process (RUP). The experimentation about CNC Machine is done by using this system, some primary results are obtained. Last, the experimentation about CNC Machine is illuminated, and the problems in the experimentation process are analyzed. After analyzing the experiment data , we summarize some conclusions.
