The hazy weather frequently appears in our country in recent years,the pollution situation of atmosphere environment is grim,the coal-fired power industry carry out transformation upgrading of ultra-low emission all over the country.Based on analysis of the ultra-low emission development status of coal-fired power plants in China,this paper comb the efficient technical route of ultra-low emissions,and establish the cost-benefit evaluation index system,An economic evaluation model of ultra-low emission transformation project of coal power plant is constructed,and then combine with the ultra-low emission project of M coal-fired power plant,an empirical analysis is made for the model.The main research contents are as follows:1.Analyzed the typical technology of ultra-low emission transformation in china's coal-fired power plant,including the efficient dedusting technology,The efficient desulfurization technology and the typical denitration technology,there are two main technical route of ultra-low emission transformation in our country,the core of one route is the wet electrostatic precipitation technology,another route core is the cooperative dedusting in wet FGD system.2.Based on the economic evaluation model of ultra-low emission,the paper empirical research an ultra-low emission project,and analyze the impact on electricity price.In the case of no 1 cents/kWh subsidy price,The conclusion is that unit#1 power generating costs increase by 0.00438 yuan/kWh,unit#2 increase by 0.00446 yuan/kWh.But in the case of getting 1 cents/kWh subsidy price,unit#1 can get the proceeds of 0.00562.yuan/kWh,unit#2 can get the proceeds of 0.00554 yuan/kWh.3.Analyzed the key components of the operational costs,the material costs,the depreciation costs of fixed assets and the other management costs are the main cost increase factors,accounting for 40%,23%and 22%,respectively.Analyzed the operating costs of the systemres pectively,the material cost of denitration system increase the most,accounting for about 64%;the material cost of desulfurization system increase the second,accounting for about 35%;the material cost of dedusting system increase the least,accounting for about 1%only.From the sub-items of material cost,the cost of denitrifying agent and the cost of desulfurizer are the main factors of material cost.The cost of denitrifying agent increase the most,accounting for about 51%;the desulfurizer cost increase second,accounting for about 25%.
