The current coal-based energy structure in China will not change in the short term,because of serious pollution problems,coal-based power industry as an important basic industry,must be chang into ultra-low emissions.Combined with the current application status,this study research and evaluate on typical engineering of ultra-low emissions of coal-fired power plant in Changzhou.In addition,the result shows the method to deal with ultra-low emissions,including:1)denitrification:replacing the catalyst and catalyst selection can still follow the original plan by using honeycomb,2+1 layer layout;2)desulfurization:using a limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization double-cycle process,the original absorption tower remains immobile as a double-cycle absorption tower(demolition of a layer of spray and circulating slurry pump)and add a new secondary absorption tower;3)dust removed:adding a wet electrostatic precipitator and changing frequency power supply into high frequency mode.This paper has analyzed the actually effect of the ultra-low emission engineering application systematically.In order to know the removal efficiency and evaluate the influence factors by each device,the denitrification system,dust removal system and the desulfurization system have been taken into account.The results show that the operation of the system was stable.Last,the result shows that the average discharge concentration of NOx is 30.63mg/m3,the average discharge concentration of SO2 is 16.5mg/m3 the average discharge concentration of dust is 1.51mg/m3 when the system operating.it is proved that the project can satisfy the requirements of low emission of smoke and dust based on the field test.On an economic level,if the project could achieve the emission limits of this area,it will cost about 0.0354yuan/kWh in developing the denitrification system,the desulfurization system and dust removal system,which is 0.0102 yuan/kWh higher than development before.Meanwhile,the cost of the ultra-low emission could be 0.0058 yuan/kWh higher than the emission limits of this area.
