Because of its large specific surface area and special pore structure,ordered mesoporous carbon has a wide range of applications in both catalytic and electrochemical fields.In addition,due to the fact that biomass raw materials are widely available and renewable,many scholars have also studied the use of biomass feedstocks to prepare mesoporous carbon materials.The ordered mesoporous carbon prepared by using the hard template method can replicate the orderly mesostructured ordered mesoporous silicon,so the ordered mesoporous carbon material has higher orderability.They are conducive to the uniform loading of metal particles and the adsorption and diffusion of electrolyte ions.In this dissertation,ordered mesoporous carbon materials were synthesized by the hard template method using lignin oil as carbon precursor.The electrochemical performance of ordered mesoporous carbons and their depolymerization performance as a catalyst support which is loaded with Ru in the depolymerization of pine were studied.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Two ordered mesoporous silicas SBA-15 and KIT-6 were synthesized by a soft template method.(2)The unrefinable lignin oil is obtained by depolymerizing the apple wood.Ordered mesoporous carbon materials were prepared by filling the pores of ordered mesoporous silica with different carbon precursor sucrose,phenolic resin and unrefinable lignin oil.The influencing factors in the preparation of ordered mesoporous carbons using lignin oils are discussed.The results show that lignin oil and formaldehyde can be prepared into ordered mesoporous carbon by hard template method.(3)The electrochemical performance of ordered mesoporous carbon materials CMK-3 and MC was tested using a three-electrode system.The results show that the two ordered mesoporous carbon materials have certain capacitance properties and high cycle stability.After 3000 cycles,their specific capacitance retention rate is about 90%.(4)The ordered mesoporous carbon MC made of lignin oil was loaded with metal rhenium to prepare Ru/MC catalyst.In the experiment of three catalysts depolymerizing pine wood,we found that the yield of DCM oil which is obtained by using Ru/MC depolymerizing pine wood was the highest,reaching 87.9%,followed by Ru/CMK-3 reaching about 85.8%.The last one is commercial Ru/C with a yield of 61.7%.The three kinds of Ru catalysts synthesized in the experiment were used to depolymerize the commercial pine trees and we obtain the same kinds of lignin oil.
