Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Rural Ecological Civilization

During the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China has made remarkable achievements,and has become the second largest economy entity after the United States.With the rapid development of our economy and the comprehensive implementation of modern industrialization,ecological environmental problems have become increasingly prominent and continue to deteriorate,which has seriously affected the health of Chinese people and the happiness of life.The persistent smog in the north of China is a typical example.The haze color has become a lingering shadow for people and it is very urgent to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization.The countryside is the nations “granary,water tank and vegetable basket”.The protection of rural ecological environment is related to the health of the whole Chinese people and the sustainable prosperity of the economy.However,because of the long-term dual economic structure,the ecological construction in rural areas lags far behind the cities,and there is still a big gap between the cities and villages,which has greatly affected the overall arrangement of the construction of ecological civilization in China.Strengthening the construction of ecological civilization in rural areas is to complement the short leg of rural areas and realize the development of integration of urban and rural areas,which plays an important historical role in building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing common prosperity in our country.The article is divided into five parts.The purpose,origin,significance,existing problems and countermeasures of the construction of rural ecological civilization are expounded and demonstrated respectively.The first part is an introduction,which introduces the purpose and significance of the study on the construction of rural ecological civilization,the summary of domestic and foreign research and the experience of rural ecological construction in foreign countries.The second part is the origin and significance of the construction of rural ecological civilization in China,focusing on the evolution of the construction of ecological civilization in China,the austere situation of rural ecology,the urgency of the construction of rural ecological civilization,and the important significance of the construction of ecological civilization in rural areas.The third part is the basic principles and the target tasks of the construction of rural ecological civilization.The basic principles are harmony between humen and nature,sustainable development,gradual development,measures to local conditions,keeping pace with the times and sustained efforts.The objective tasks are to optimize the rural ecological environment,to develop the rural ecological agriculture and to cultivate the rural humanistic ecology.The fourth part focuses on the main causes of rural ecological problems,such as weak ecological awareness of farmers,weak rural sanitation infrastructure,extensive agricultural production.Township enterprises do not deal with pollution properly and rural environmental laws and regulations are not perfect and so on.The fifth part is the rural ecological civilization construction path analysis,mainly from the fourth part of the rural ecological problems of the causes of the link,a targeted,in-depth elaboration of rural ecological civilization construction of scientific countermeasures and suggestions.
