In recent years,modern lighting technology and nighttime environment construction incity have developed rapidly.With the introduction of new lighting technologies,the city's nighttime light environment is rich and colorful,and the city's nighttime environment increasingly influences its nightlife.Therefore,the use of artificial light from passive to active has led to the pursuit of the brightness,beauty and colorfulness of city in nighttime environment construction.The problem of light pollution in city caused by this has become increasingly prominent.However,light pollution not only wastes resources,but also affects astronomical observations,endangers human health,and causes ecological imbalances.The wide range of hazards cannot be overlooked.Therefore,it is necessary and practically meaningful for the study on test methods,evaluation standards,and control strategies of light pollution in city at night.First of all,this thesis mainly analyzes and summarizes the formal classification and characteristics analysis of light pollution in city as well as brightness classification and quantitative index of light environment by learning abundant related articles and sorting relevant theories about observing methods and regular features of light pollution in city at night.And this thesis provides theoretical support for study by sorting out the factors(atmosphere,celestial bodies,meteorological conditions,and urban functions)which influence the light pollution in city at night.Secondly,this thesis studies the characteristics of the overall light environment changes in the region.This thesis summarizes current situation and preliminarily analyzes the reasons for light pollution by field research on typical light environment at night in Dalian,including the current situation of commercial areas,residential areas and road lighting.The regional all-sky light pollution test model is built by deeply comparing and analyzing the distribution law of the brightness of celestial stars in the selected region(measured points of Dalian University of Technology)under the influence of meteorological conditions,air quality and monochromatic light over time and seasons.This thesis discusses the distribution law of integrality,directivity and axis of brightness values of regional celestial stars by observing and contrasting the all-sky light pollution all the day(24 hours)under the typical meteorological conditions in order to further establish the full color distribution of lightpollution,and intuitively and conveniently realize the graphical expression of regional light pollution.Finally,this thesis mainly studies the equivalent variation diagram of regional light pollution by carrying out field test in Zhongshan Square,Zhongshan District,Dalian,combining the geographical information of the city and using the Surfer to respectively draw the equivalent variation diagram of light pollution in the seasonal contrast to the different windows of the brightness instrument(upward,horizontal,downward),making the research system more comprehensive and practically meaningful which is helpful to establishing a scientific system for the monitoring,evaluation and prevention of light pollution in future cities.
