With the acceleration of the nightscape lighting project in coastal city,the wide application of lighting fishing technology and the unreasonable use of lighting for terminal operations,the light environment of ship's navigation at night has undergone major changes,resulting in the safety of night navigations cannot be guaranteed when ships navigation in the light pollution waters.In order to reasonably evaluate the light environment of ship's navigation at night,from the definition,characteristics and sources of light pollution at sea,using the principles of photometry,colorimetry and visual performance,combined with the basic luminosity and chromaticity information of the ship's lights,the analysis of sea light pollution on ships Based on the visibility of the lights and the visual performance of the driver,based on the basic principles of the evaluation indicators,the evaluation indicators that affect the safety of the night navigation of the ship were selected to construct the indicator system for the evaluation of the night light environment of the ship.The AHP method,entropy method and mean square error method were used to determine the comprehensive weight of each indicator.With the aim of affecting the safety of the night navigation of the ship,the environmental quality of the night light environment of the ship was divided into five grades.The comprehensive evaluation method of the extension element was used to objectively and scientifically evaluate the night light environment of the ship.On the basis of the classical field and the local area of the night navigation light environment,the material value to be evaluated was composed according to the measured quantitative and qualitative index values,and then the correlation degree of the corresponding evaluation interval of each water environment is calculated,thereby determining the sea light pollution level of each water area.Through the field measurement and the issuance of questionnaires,the indicators of the night navigation light environment of the ship in the Nanjang port area of Tianjin Port and the Zhuhai-Macao Bridge area of Guangzhou Port,and the night light environment of the ship in the waters of the two waters are taken as examples.The evaluation shows that the light environment level of Nanjiang Area of Tianjin Port is ?;the light environment level of Bridge Area of Guangzhou Port is ?,and the model evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual conditions of the light environment,which verifies the validity of the evaluation model..Quantitative evaluation light environment of the ship's navigation at night can clearly reflect the degree of light pollution in each water area,and provide effective technical support for the control light pollution at sea,so as to better protect the ship's night navigation safety.
