With the urban modernization,the urban light environment has become one of the most important contents in the urban construction.However,due to the lack of appropriate lighting standards and evaluation system,the light pollution is becoming further serious.Light pollution has impacted astronomical observations,and been harmful to human health and ecological balance.Moreover,a large number of unreasonable lighting will results in a waste of energy.Therefore,the light pollution observation and evaluation system has become an important research content to slove the promble of light pollution fundamentally.Based on the spatial distribution characteristics of urban night light environment,this paper divides the urban light environment into three main levels,that are urban night sky,urban canopy and urban surface layer.According to the different main factors and the observation index of the three layers,it have make differen measure to observe the different three layer respectively.So it can observe the whole night light environment of city space,and study distribution characteristics of city light pollution at night in the space quantitativily and qualitatively,in order to find the suitable light pollution observation system and performance.Therefore,it can provide important guidance to solve the problem of city light pollution.The paper contains six chapers.At first,in the background of more serious light pollution that the rapid development of the lighting system in China brings,the paper has reviewed and summarized the researches in related fields at home and abroad,and proposes the purpose and significance of this research paper.And the paper makes an overview of the city light pollution,and analysis the impacts that the optical astronomy and meteorology,city function,city lighting equipment have on the urban night light environment.Moreover,it also studies relationship between influence factors and light pollution and provides information and ideas for the later research.Through the observation on the light environment of city night sky layer,This paper studies mainly the the relationship between light environment of the night sky layer and influence factors,that contain time,climate,clouds,the moon and the air quality of city sky.Moreover,it will try to establish their relation model and analysis effects that various factors on the sky light pollution,and put forward the preliminary regularity summary.Moreover,it mainly observes the two light environment layers that are canopy and surface layer of city space.In the canopy observation,it has analyzed light environment of the space layers with the light condition changes and their relationship.The observation on surface layer light environment has studies the light environmental characteristics in different functional city areas.Finally,it can acquire the whole space distribution characteristics of the the city light pollution.Finally,based on the analysis city light pollution survey data,this paper is the preliminary research on light pollution distribution visualization by simulation software and geographic information system software.Therefore,it can provide a theoretical basis to the further visualization of light pollution and it also can provide theoretical support to establish the city light pollution monitoring and evaluation system.And it is to summarize and describe the conclusion and prospect of the paper.
