In order to facilitate the efficient management of production lines,improve the efficiency of maintenance,and enhance online real-time monitoring capabilities of machine tools,this paper developed a real-time monitoring and management system for numerical control machine data based on HTML5 technology,which solved the problem of real-time monitoring of machine tool data.At the same time,the spare parts management and procurement process are standardized.Designed a B / S structure contains front-end interface,business logic processing,machine data storage.In order to ensure the reliability and stability of data sources,the MongoDB database was used to build the data platform first;then the acquisition of machine tool data is based on the OPC unified architecture technology;while taking into account the real-time and safety issues of the data,the system adopts the Websocket full-duplex communication mode.As a server,Meteor implements real-time communication between the server and the browser,and configured the permissions based on the Role-Based Access Control.Finally,used AngularJs front-end framework technology,dynamic display of front-end interface data was completed.Real-time monitoring,report visualization,data query,machine tool alarm,machine tool maintenance order creation and other practical functions of online real-time monitoring system was developed.The system was implemented and operated at Shanghai Libin Technician College.The results show that the system could realize real-time monitoring and fault alarming of CNC machine tools,and the page data was updated accurately and the visualization result was good.
