With the development of NC technology and open CNC secondary development technology,the secondary development of CNC machine tools has become an important technology for fault diagnosis and reliability design of machine tools.Research on the control system of the secondary development about fast and efficient control and real-time data acquisition is not thorough,and has a certain gap with foreign countries,so the research on the secondary development of CNC technology is of great significance.This subject based on FANUC Oi series CNC machine tools uses FOCAS2 development package bag,and database interface technology to perform the secondary development of CNC system about PC-NC and develop the information extraction management and analysis system.The main content of this dissertation are as follows:(1)The development and design of user management module:The user management module mainly realizes the distribution and management of different users,and ensures the security of the system and the information of machine tools by setting the operating authority;(2)The development and design of NC program management and uploading module:This module uses PC to edit and modify the NC program of machine tools,and then upload to the NC system through the network between PC and NC.(3)The design of the information management module of machine tools:This module is mainly responsible for the storage and management of the CNC information,including fault information,alarm information,maintenance information and workpiece information.(4)The design of data acquisition and management module:This module mainly realizes the real-time data acquisition including the position,current and spindle speed of machine tools and helps the data classified and stored.(5)The design of data analysis and processing module:This module extracts the friction of feed system,and achieves image analysis system about the friction,which helps analyze of the characteristics of the machine tool and the reasons for the processing error.
