Due to the complicated nature of the ore,the skull-type lead-zinc skulls are difficult to process and have many associated minerals and lead-zinc separations,making the separation process of lead and zinc complicated and the indicators unstable.The chemical analysis of the ore shows that the lead grade in the ore is 0.56%,in which lead oxide is about 30% and zinc grade is 2.80%.The serious imbalance of lead and zinc,the high lead oxidation rate and other problems brought difficulties to the separation of lead and zinc.The study of process mineralogy shows that the iron content of sphalerite is low and belongs to deficient iron sphalerite,which is beneficial to improve the grade of zinc concentrate.Sphalerite is closely related to other minerals,formed the relationship between United and parcels and intergrowths.Some sphalerite is embedded in the gangue minerals,forming a complex distribution relationship,which increases the dissociation difficulty of sphalerite.The relationship between galena and other metal minerals and gangue is complex,galena,sphalerite and ilvaite close intergrowth,the contact boundary between two or more mineral bending,convex,distributed in the tremolite,carbonate minerals and other gangue mineral particles;Galena and sphalerite,hematite intergrowth,short form vein collection,distribution,intermittent orientation in gangue minerals.In order to realize the effective separation of lead and zinc,the flotation process of floating lead first then floating zinc from floating lead tailings was carried out.The results show that dithiophosphate 25# was used as a floating lead collector,ZnSO4+Na2SO3 as an inhibitor,the floating zinc activated by copper sulfate,with butyl xanthate as a collector,using "lead and zinc in turn preferred flotation+regrinding lead concentrate and then re-concentration" process,finally received lead grade 46.17%,lead recovery rate of 75.62%,lead concentrate containing silver 2158g/t and zinc concentrate with 53.48% zinc grade and 81.15% zinc recovery,the separation of lead zinc ore and the comprehensive recovery of associated elements have been realized.
