The long afterglow luminescent material has the advantages of low toxicity,good photochemical stability,and can image in vitro after excited by optical.In this study,Sr2 Mg Si2O7:Eu2+,Dy3+ nano-luminescent materials were successfully prepared by hydrothermal assisted co-precipitation method,through adding different kinds of surfactants and metal complexing agents.The SiO2-PLNPs nanoparticles was prepared by SiO2 coating method for surface modification of Sr2 Mg Si2O7:Eu2+,Dy3+ nanoparticles?PLNPs?and the mouse osteoblasts were fluorescently labeled.In the experiment,the PLNPs were prepared by hydrothermal assisted coprecipitation.The molar ratio of CTAB to silicon was 0.16:1,EDTA was added and calcined at 900? for 2 h,the size of the prepared sample was 50200 nm,the excitation peak was at 355 nm and the emission peak was at 470 nm.The molar ratio of lauric acid to silicon was 0.16:1,citric acid was added and calcined at 900? for 2 h,the particle size of the sample was 100300 nm.The excitation peak was at 355 nm and the emission peak was at 470 nm.The molar ratio of PEG to silicon was 0.08:1,EDTA was added and calcined at 900? for 2 h.The particle size of the sample was 200400 nm.The excitation peak was at 355 nm,the emission peak was located at 470 nm.The SiO2-PLNPs nanoparticles were prepared by SiO2 coating method,which were successfully fluorescently labeled in the osteoblasts.The results show that the XRD patterns of SiO2-PLNPs particles are consistent with the standard spectra of tetragonal Sr2 Mg Si2O7.The silicon oxygen bonds are detected on the surface of the particles and the surface potential is about-0.9 m V.The particle size of SiO2-PLNPs is mainly about 200 nm,and the thickness of SiO2 shell is about 10 nm.The suspension can form a stable colloid standing 80 h.The excitation peak was at 355 nm and the emission peak was at 470 nm.SiO2-PLNPs??500 mg/L?have no obvious cytotoxicity on cells which can enter into the cells and emit a bright blue light spot visible to the naked eye.
