With the development of society and technology,new requirements have been put forward for the application of industrial lighting in network.In order to solve the inherent limitations of C/S mode lighting control system in information sharing and remote control,this paper combines the web technology based on B/S mode with the original system,making full use of the web technology's technical advantages in distribution,openness and flexibility,and exploring a better way for industrial lighting network application development.Based on the comparative analysis of the structure of the original lighting control system,this paper proposes the overall scheme for the application of Web in industrial lighting control systems,and discusses the system architecture and function implementation based on Java Web,MySQL database,field bus and other related technologies.Then the technical difficulties such as real-time,security,integrated development and autonomous configurability of the system are discussed in depth,and the corresponding solutions are tried to provide.Finally,a simulation experiment platform is built.On the one hand,the SSM framework can implement the user interaction and data display functions of the Upper monitor with the design of the database and page UI,and it can analyze and count the historical data combining the visualization chart technology toit.On the other hand,it can achieve the lower computer data acquisition and control functions using Java,and the actual verification of the system program is given.The experimental system constructed under the integrated framework can not only realize the remote control of the original system control functions,but also can be configured autonomously to match the lighting controllers of different manufacturers according to the parameter analysis rules,thereby further improving system compatibility.Relevant research experiments show that the integrated design scheme of industrial lighting system combined with Web technology is completely feasible.The research work done has practical significance for the local and remote implementation of the lighting control system,and it is also worthy of reference for other industrial control applications.
