With the transformation of the economic situation,the power industry is developing in a new historical period.As the leading position in power industry,thermal power is not only facing problems that installed capacity of the unit is reducing and annual average utilization hours is going down,but also facing the challenge of the new energy gridconnected.So the research of thermal power unit flexibility peak is of great significance in the future.It started from the characteristics of the peak operation of the coal-fired unit.The operation characteristics of coal boiler and CFB boiler were studied in different working conditions.Firstly,the main characteristics of the current development of coal-fired units were analyzed,and the efficiency indexes of the unit were discussed.Secondly,the variable condition operation model was established.The peak shaving running efficiency was analyzed.Energy conservation and emissions reduction technology reform methods of the main characteristics and advanced technology were analyzed.Then,through studying peak load regulating operation data of Wangtan power plant 600 MW pulverized coal boiler unit,the economic influence was analyzed by constant pressure and sliding pressure operation mode.Determing the peak shaving unit was constant-slideconstant operation mode contributes to economy.The optimal compound sliding pressure curve was calculated.Finally,Xiexin power plant 300 MW CFB boiler unit was analyzed under varying load conditions for coal and air volume on the influence law of parameters of the boiler.Operation mode under the operation of pollutant emission characteristics was analyzed.The corresponding characteristics of unit load were studied.The pollutant emission characteristics under variable operating conditions were analyzed.Improve flexibility involved many aspects of the unit for thermal power unit.The domestic coal-fired power stations in the actual operation parameters under variable load operation were analyzed.Influencing factors were analyzed.Related operation optimization method in actual operation was proposed,which provide technical support for the transformation and operation of the thermal power unit.
