The application of hydraulic system is becoming more and more extensive,and the function of hydraulic system is gradually increased.However,the frequency of fault diagnosis and maintenance of hydraulic system is still high.The rapid,accurate and high quality hydraulic system fault diagnosis can prevent the accidents caused by the hydraulic system,and improve the safety performance of the hydraulic system and enhance the production efficiency of the enterprise,which is of great significance to the improvement of the overall economic efficiency of the enterprise.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the method of fault diagnosis of hydraulic system,which is of great practical significance.Based on the actual industrial production,this paper will choose XK5036 B series vertical CNC milling machine as the research object,and discusse the method of rapid fault diagnosis of hydraulic system.To explore the fast and effective fault diagnosis method of hydraulic system,the article first combines the characteristics of the hydraulic system of the CNC milling machine,the operating environment and the whole working process,and links the classic and the latest theory of the fault diagnosis of the relevant hydraulic system.This paper puts forward the basic principles and steps of fault diagnosis of hydraulic system,and then puts forward the method of rapid diagnosis based on the concrete failure of XK5036 B series vertical CNC milling machine.This article has established an expert system knowledge base.Then,based on the fault tree method and AHP,the structure of fault diagnosis expert system software of hydraulic system of XK5036 B series vertical CNC milling machine is designed.Based on the reasoning machine model,corresponding algorithms and programs are developed,and human-computer interaction interface Start the interface and so on.Finally,in order to apply the method of exploration to engineering practice,a computer software system for hydraulic system fault diagnosis of XK5036 B series vertical CNC milling machine is developed based on the above mentioned method.After the actual operation and verification of software startup,fault inquiry,modification and deletion,the results show that the rapid diagnosis method of hydraulic system fault and the developed application software proposed in this study can be used in engineering practice,and the accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis both higher than the traditional diagnosis,for the relevant research and industrial production has some practical significance.The analysis of the XK5036 B series of vertical CNC milling machine hydraulic system failure,and the development of expert system software through actual operation and operation proved to have strong maneuverability and practical value.These provide a reference and a technical means for the XK5036 CNC milling machine hydraulic system fault diagnosis.
