Investigation Current Situation And Countermeasure Research Of Garbage Pollution In Rural Areas

With the accelerating pace of urbanization and the continuous improvement of the peasants' living standards,the “dirty and disorder” problem of the environment in the process of constructing a new rural has gradually become more prominent.The garbage that has a significant impact on the daily life of farmers is mainly domestic waste and agricultural production waste.At present,the environmental renovation actions carried out in rural areas are mainly to clean up the aged rubbish in rural areas,and the transfer and dispose of rubbish through the “village collection,township transfer,and county processing” model.The Ministry of Agriculture has established the goal of “one control,two reductions,and three basics” to control agricultural non-point source pollution.The three basic issues are mainly related to agricultural film recycle,straw incineration,and livestock and poultry pollution treatment.This article analyzes the status of rural landfill pollution and utilization in China through field surveys and case studies.It also surveys the farmers' level of awareness of the surrounding environment,treatment methods,laws and regulations.In the case of typical rural garbage classification,organic waste in treatment technology,selection of domestic garbage collection points,and comprehensive utilization of agricultural film recycling as a case,we summarize the current good practices,and put forward the problems and treatment measures for rural garbage treatment in China.Provide a practical idea for the treatment of rural garbage in China.Through investigation,it can be concluded that:(1)There is a big gap between the harmless treatment of rural domestic garbage and the city.The treatment is basically simple landfill and incineration.(2)Farmers do not satisfy the surrounding living environment,and think that rural garbage will pollute the environment.It is not known about relevant laws and regulations.(3)The amount of used agricultural film and the area of using agricultural film are still increasing year by year,and the recycle rate is relatively low.The control technology is the use of standard thickened agricultural film and biodegradable agricultural film.(4)Straw has obvious seasonal and regional characteristics,incineration will make a certain contribute to the haze,and promotion and utilization of straw “five materials utilizing” are not enough.Based on the existing problems and case studies of rural garbage management in China,we believe that rural waste management should raise funds from multiple sources,increase infrastructure investment in garbage collection and disposal,and do well in the integrated waste utilization process of source classification,intermediate collection,and terminal processing integration.Enterprises can take the initiative to cooperate with the government in related projects.Farmers actively participate in garbage classification and form a pattern in which the government,society,and individuals jointly manage rural garbage.
