| The Cashmere,which is known as “soft gold” and “fiber diamond”,is a natural scarce and high-quality resource.It is an important raw material for the textile industry.Dehaired cashmere is made of raw cashmere washed and industrial carding.The hand-arranging staple length of cashmere is an important quality index for evaluating the quality and performance of cashmere,which is to determine the main technical parameters of cashmere use value and price.The hand-arranging staple length method is widely used in all aspects of production,circulation,processing in China.This method has many years of history,and it is a more mature method of length detection with low cost,artificial test parameters comprehensive,strong operability.But the detection method with a longer time after the measurement requires manual calculation,manual shift map,drawing and belong to the contact measurement makes the graphs are easy to change,affect the measurement accuracy,enlarge the measurement error.The history and current situation of the research of dehaired cashmere length detection are analyzed.On the basis of studying the commonly used image processing methods and combining the characteristics of the subject image,the image processing algorithms involved in the detection method are compared and analyzed.A set of pre-processing algorithm for hand-arranging length image and the edge profile detection method are determined.The preprocessing algorithms,such as image grayscale,image median filtering,image binarization,morphological denoising,edge detection and curve fitting,etc.And this method is implemented in MATLAB.According to the national standard "GB18267-2013 Cashmere" and the international standard "ISO18596:2015 Test method for staple length of dehaired cashmere—Hand-arranging method" by calibrating the detection unit,the calculation method of the hand-arranging length of dehaired cashmere is designed and realized.The test experiment was completed by the method of measuring the hand-arranging staple length of the dehaired cashmere based on image processing.The average length,the short fiber content under 15 millimeters and the length variation coefficient of the dehaired cashmere were obtained.The experimental results showed that the measured hand-arranging length index had high accuracy and could meet the actual needs of the project. |
