Research On Green Development Of Small Coal Mining Enterprises In China

Since the reform and opening up,economic growth has made remarkable achievements,but at the same time there are many problems,such as tighter resources and energy constraints,increased environmental pressure,and imbalanced industrial structure.The concept of green development has been highly valued by the government and the people.In order to promote the green development of China's economy,the 13 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the 19 th National Congress have proposed to promote the green transformation of traditional industries and promote Establish a green low carbon cycle development industrial system.The "13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Coal Industry" specifically uses a chapter to plan and promote the clean production of coal,which shows that the state attaches importance to the green development of the coal industry.As an important part of China's coal industry,small coal mines have made great contributions to industry development and economic growth,but at the same time,the characteristics of high pollution,high energy consumption,weak innovation,low safety and low efficiency are also very obvious.In recent years,a large number of small coal mines have been eliminated,and small coal mining enterprises that do not wish to be eliminated need to start from their own and realize transformational development and green development in a timely manner.In fact,many small coal mining companies are also actively implementing the green development model and have achieved good results.Through limited literature search,it is found that although the research on green development is very rich at home and abroad,there are few research literatures on how to implement green development in coal mining enterprises;domestic research on how to transform small coal mines into green development models is almost It is a blank,and theoretical research lags behind the needs of practical development and reform.Based on the imperfection of theoretical research and the need of green development of small coal mining enterprises in China,this paper takes the TF coal mine of Xintai City,Shandong Province as a case study,and conducts an in-depth SWOT analysis on the implementation of green development strategy for small coal mining enterprises.The advantages of TF coal mine implementing green development strategy are:(1)rich coal reserves;(2)abundant human resources;(3)good corporate culture;(4)good business conditions.The disadvantages are:(1)the mining cost increases year by year;(2)the sales channel is single;(3)the non-coal industry is backward.The main opportunities are:(1)Shandong Province and Xintai City have good economic development;(2)coal consumption ratio is still high;(3)green production technology has made progress;(4)green development concept is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.The main threats are:(1)the revitalization of the coal industry;(2)the adverse effects of macroeconomic restructuring;(3)environmental protection brings tremendous pressure.On the basis of SWOT analysis,and taking into account the measures taken by developed coal producers to implement green development,this paper proposes four countermeasures to promote the green development of small coal mines in China.First,it is in line with the supply-side reform trend and promotes the transformation and development of coal enterprises.The second is to develop a circular economy and enhance the value of using resources.The third is to build a coal e-commerce platform and develop an "Internet +" economy.The fourth is to attach importance to scientific research and technological innovation.The research enriches the theory of green development,and the research conclusions contribute to the green development of small coal mining enterprises in Xintai City,and also have guiding significance for the green development of small coal mining enterprises in other regions of China.
