Chirality is involved in various fields. The separations of chiral compounds have profound significance for human beings. There are many methods for enantioseparation, but the HPLC method is the most efficient. Therefore, the research of chiral stationary phases is very important.Teicoplanin and vancomycin are glycopeptide antibiotics, which have multiple chiral recognition sites and are commonly used chiral recognition agents. The membranes often are fabricated by interfacial polymerization method with piperazine and m-phenylene diamine in aqueous phase, trimesoyl chloride and terephthaloyl chloride in organic phase. The works of thesis are as follows:1.The teicoplanin chiral stationary phase A was prepared by interfacial polymerization of m-phenylene diamine and trimesoyl chloride, which is filled with high-pressure homogenization method. The chiral resolution ability of the fabricated column was investigated in five mobile phases. The experiment results showed that sixteen racemates had been separated on the column.Although commercial teicoplanin column(Chirobiotic T)can separate more racemates, there are six racemates can be separated on column A but not be separated on commercial Chirobiotic T column. Moreover, four racemates can be separated by the two chiral columns, but their separation performance on column A is better than that on commercial Chirobiotic T column. Therefore, the fabricated column A is complementary to the commercial Chirobiotic T column. The preparation of teicoplanin chiral chromatographic stationary phase by interfacial polymerization has certain application prospects.2.The teicoplanin chiral stationary phase B was also prepared by interfacial polymerization reaction of piperazine,1,3,5-trimesoyl chloride and teicoplanin.Sixteen chiral compounds had been resolved on the column. It is complementary to column A and commercial Chirobiotic T column.3.Two vancomycin chiral stationary phases were prepared by interfacial polymerization of piperazine and 1,3,5-trimesoyl chloride. Those columns alsoappeared chiral separation ability toward some chiral compounds,in which some racemates can not be resolved on commercial vancomycin column.Overall, the prepared two vancomycin columns and commercial vancomycin column have complementary effects on chiral resolution.
