Fiber composite material and winding technology is widely used in aerospace,shipbuilding,defense,energy,industry,automobile industry,car industry,in particular,energy,weight loss and environment determines the new energy vehicles become the inevitable trend,and the new energy and its carrier pressure vessel is the key to the engineering and popularization of new energy vehicles.In terms of new energy gas storage,composite gas cylinders have the advantages of light weight,high pressure resistance and good reliability.They are very suitable for new energy gas.But,along with the use of composite cylinders,reliability and the storage capacity of the composite material cylinders is difficult to meet demand for cars,the development of the filament winding technology compared with the speed of the composite material cylinders application promotion speed is slow,cannot meet the requirements of the new energy of high pressure and high range.In order to improve the use of reliability and the ability to store,the need for filament winding equipment and the winding technology research,solve the new light weight,high energy gas pressure vessel storage of technical problems,for meeting the new energy gas used in the new energy vehicles of high pressure,high range and high reliability requirements.According the influencing factors on the quality of the filament winding of the filament winding equipment and filament winding process analysis,to determine the fiber orientation device structure design,the mathematical model of arc coil posture filament winding experiments and fiber winding test and analysis,etc.It mainly includes the structure design of the fiber guide device,the force analysis of components,the drawing of two-dimensional drawing,material selection,processing,assembly and debugging;Research on the quality control technology of filament winding machine,winding posture of composite cylinders wrapped mathematical model is established in this paper,in setting up the mathematical model,mainly including cylinder circular arc segment of winding mathematical model is established in this paper,the longitudinal winding mould angle of analysis and calculation of circular arc segment core,spiral winding mandrel corner arc segment when calculating,fiber doffing equation and the equation of motion of yarn point calculation,etc.After the wound attitude mathematical model was established,it was converted into NC code and input into the CNC fiber winding machine system for fiber winding test and analysis.Fiber guide overall structure was designed,the fiber guide overall modal analysis and the stress analysis of key components of fiber orientation device processing,assembly and debugging,achieved to high precision requirements of filament winding.Mathematical model is established to determine the fiber bundles and composites in the filament winding cylinder motion relationship(CNG cylinders),fiber bundles and the circular arc transition fit better,to ensure the fiber bundles and composites cylinder arc segments of curve tangent.Filament winding test and analysis,completed the composite cylinder sample,arc intertwined in good condition,thus it is concluded that the structure of the fiber guide rationality and the accuracy of the mathematical model.On the basis of the rapid development of fiber winding technology,the design of the fiber guide device and the establishment of the winding mathematical model provide a certain technical reserve for the development of the subsequent filament winding technology.
