At present, improved researches of technology for drawing machine are more and more outstanding as the key equipment of glass fiber production and winding formation. The effect key factors of glass fiber winding motion are mainly analyzed and the simulating software is compiled to provide technical support for practical production in this paper, so that it can improve productivity and reduce cost.Firstly, the effect of critical speed to glass fiber winding motion is analyzed. The large vibration of spindle will directly influence the stability of winding while drawing machine at a high rotate speed and restrain the production of high quality spinning.Therefore, the change of critical speed of drawing machine head at different conditions and stiffness changes are analyzed, and dangerous speed intervals are gived to insure the working speed of head to keep off the range of critical speed.Secondly, contact deformation of forming tube to the effect of glass fiber winding motion is analyzed.Glass fiber winds at the forming tube which is drived rotating by head. Here contact analysis for head and forming tube to insure regular arrangement of winding, and calculated the deformation of forming tube at this condition, so glass fiber tex which is suitable for production and then it can avoid the phenomenon of winding floss.Finally,parameters of winding formation were introduced and formulas were derived,then parts of winding parameter were analyzed and mathematical model was established.Two planes motion simulation is built by VB6.0, and it obtained the distribution of face conversion points and section, and then verified the correctness of simulation by contrast; Simulation for 3d graphic display was tried to the process of glass fiber winding for the reference of practical production.
