In the rapidly developing automotive industry,the technical level of white body welding and the degree of automation of welding line equipment have a direct impact on the quality,accuracy and reliability of the vehicle.The body-in-white welding process is a key process in the body manufacturing process.This article takes the demand of a domestic company's body welding equipment as the traction,combined with the related technologies of domestic and foreign automatic welding line production and manufacturing,the computer aided system is applied to the body production.In this paper,the automatic welding line of the main welding station of the lower body of an automobile as an example.First,analyze and design the process planning and layout of the welding line,determine the beat of the welding line and the distribution of the welding spot,and the layout of the automatic welding line equipment,and analyze the key equipment of the automatic welding line of the station.Then use the virtual simulation software to analyze the statics of the substrate components,carry out the motion simulation of the station,and simulate the numerical control machining trajectory of the parts.The automatic welding line for the main welding spot of the lower body of the car designed in this article has been successfully applied to a certain automobile company,solved the technical problems for the enterprise,and realized the intelligentization of the domestic welding line of a certain white car body.
