Research On Inference Algorithm Of Emergency Decision Based On Virtual Case

As an emergency decision-making basis,the emergency case was important.However,in the research of the emergencies cases,there is a serious gap between the trend of emergency in reality and the results of case reasoning.Due to the ecological environment,human resources and other objective differences,the case of the same type of treatment programs are also different.The difference of the individual preference of the decision maker,the different disposal schemes of the same kind of cases,which led to the case reasoning cannot be directly serve to emergency decision.This thesis presents a method of emergency decision support based on virtual case.First of all,the inference engine can get the information which can be identified by preprocessing the information of the current quasi-realtime or the future trend in development.Next,the chain of the rule would be formed according to the priority of rule type by matching the information of the current quasi-realtime or the future trend in development with the rule base.Then,according to the information of the current quasi-realtime or the future trend in development,the inference results could be obtained by using the hybrid inference algorithm based on emergency decision.Finally,the set of the virtual case would be got by comparison of the similarity between the result of inference engine and the keywords of case in case base.The virtual case could be a collection of emergency decision and subsequent development trends in which there was a logical relationship and occurring or likely to occur in the future.The real time generation of virtual case sets not only provides decision support for emergency response,but also solves the problem of the lack of similar cases and the effective disposal of similar cases.The research provides a new idea for the future research work of emergency decision support,which has an important guiding significance.
