| With the country’s economy develop rapidly,civil aviation is regarded as a modern mode of transportation,and its position in economic and social development is becoming more and more critical.Cabin safety is the key content of the whole flight mission.When an emergency in the cabin occurs,there are some problems such as lack of knowledge,urgent time and psychological burden.The key to solve the problem is to make a quick and accurate decision on the emergency disposal plan after the cabin emergency.The article classifies and defines cabin emergencies.Based on actual cases and research status of cabin emergencies,according to different levels of relevant laws and regulations and emergency plans,combined with personnel,equipment,environment,and management,the cabin emergencies are divided into eleven categories,including illegal interference behavior,disruptive behavior,hijacking/explosion,emergency medical treatment,fire/smoke,explosion,equipment wounding,pressure relief,bumps,improper crew management,and other categories are divided into seventeen sub-categories under the eleven categories.The attributes of cabin emergencies are determined from four aspects:subject information,event description,emergency plan,and emergency effect.Based on the CBR theory,the cabin emergency decision-making model is constructed,the emergency decision-making process is formulated,and use the framework method to express the case and build a case library.Calculate attribute weights based on rough set theory,and use algorithms that combine structural similarity,attribute similarity and global similarity to obtain the global optimal similarity solution and carry out case revision and case study.Use it as a reference,the cabin emergency decision-making system is designed and constructed,with functions such as case input,case retrieval,case study and case query.Combining with the actual case of an airline’s lithium battery fire,get the global optimal historical similarity case.Use it as a reference,the emergency response plan is revised to obtain the emergency response plan for the cabin emergency.The scientific and effectiveness of the case-based reasoning model are verified,and the expected function is realized.Accurately determine the emergency response plan for different cabin emergency types at the first time after the cabin emergency occurs,which helps to coordinate the crew more accurately and quickly.For the subsequent emergency response,it can be better coordinated and carried out from the overall perspective.Improve the efficiency of cabin emergency handling and provide theoretical support and technical guidance for the emergency decision-making of cabin emergencies in our country. |
