Thick plate plays an important role in the process of industrial development in our country,and it is widely used in coal mining,aerospace,shipbuilding and other industries.In the process of steel plate rolling,the residual stress is produced in the process of rolling,heat treatment and straightening.Because the thickness of sheet and strip is usually far less than width and length,the influence of residual stress on the shape of strip can be neglected when studying the shape problem.When the steel plate thickness reaches tens of millimeters or even hundreds of millimeters,the uneven distribution of residual stress along the thickness direction can't be ignored.After the processing of plate straightening,the residual stress of plate can maintain its balance,but in the use process,because of the effects of mechanical processing,wear and corrosion will lead to a surface plate two asymmetric thinning,the original balance of the residual stress distribution is out of balance,resulting in deformation of plate.In this paper,the influence of uneven distribution of residual stress along the thickness direction on the thinning deformation of plate is studied.First of all,by referring to the current research data,understand the plate residual stress mechanism,research on plate mechanism of residual stress and its distribution in rolling,heat treatment,straightening process,measurement technology and stress on the existing residual are summarized and compared.Secondly,to explore a new method for the study of the distribution plate thinning process of residual stress;on the basis of the elastic theory,the calculated plate thinning due to residual stress along the thickness direction of the distribution imbalance causes longitudinal warping degree;based on the plane section assumption using hierarchical method to calculate the residual stress of plate thinning re distribution along the thickness direction,and gives examples of calculation.Then,the author analyzes the warpage caused by thick thin plate by using finite element analysis software ANSYS,considering the residual stress distribution along the width direction of the partition and load on the plate thickness of the deformation of the grid set,through the finite element simulation results,analysis of different initial stress distribution of thin plate after the longitudinal warping and transverse warping effects,and proposes a method using finite element simulation and theoretical calculation combined with the warpage of plate thinning process.Finally,the calculation theory and analysis of finite element simulation results,through the analysis of the two results,verify the validity of theoretical calculations;based on the above research results,through the optimization of the loading parameters and processing methods,as well as the production process in the process of use,production and application of thick plate to make recommendations for improvement.Because the deformation plate occurred under asymmetric residual stress reduction and the deformation of the plate and the use of the finite element simulation analysis of different initial stress distribution caused by.By predicting the deformation law of plate thickness reduction,the possible problems in the process of production can be further predicted,and a reference can be provided for how to control the distribution of residual stress in the process of plate production.
