In response to the need for large-scale,continuous,intensification of the large-scale open-pit coal mine technology system and the production conditions of the Bao Rixile Open-pit coal mine,the paper comprehensively used technical methods such as open-pit mining,technical economics,and computer simulations.which used to deeply study the application conditions,equipment matching,system layout,mining parameters and mining procedures of semi-continuous coal mining system with self-moved crusher in Bao Rixile Open-pit coal mine.In this paper,3Dmine,as a mining engineering software,was used to analyse the No.1 coal seam within the application range of semi-continuous technology system with self-moved crusher.Analyze the application effect of semi-continuous technology system with self-moved crusher in Donglutian Open-pit coal mine,Baiyinhua Open-pit coal mine,Yinmin Open-pit coal mine from the aspects of resource conditions,production technical conditions,and etc.,guiding the paper use the semi-continuous coal mining system with self-moved crusher in Bao Rixile Open-pit coal mine.According to the production capacity requirements and existing equipment conditions of Bao Rixile Open-pit coal mine,this paper calculates the capacity of three single-bucket excavators with the standard bucket capacity of 75 m~3,55 m~3,35m~3,selects the equipment types and capabilities of self-moved crusher,belt conveyor,transfer machine and other equipments.Through the application of permutation and combination,the paper proposes the double semi-continuous technology system with self-moved crusher,determines the self-moved crusher standing at the roof coal bench and the south endslope layout of belt conveyor.The paper also analyses and researches the coal which is pressed by endslope,gentle-wall mining,transportation system,transfer cycle of the endslope of upgraded belt conveyor layout.Through the evaluation indicators such as annual production capacity of open-pit mine,working line length,bench height,and system operating cost,the paper establishes a model for the semi-continuous technology system with self-moved crusher.This model was used to choose the lowest coal production cost of semi-continuous coal mining system with self-moved crusher in different annual production capacity of Bao Rixile Open-pit coal mine.In order to make the research more comprehensive,the paper separately studies the mining parameters and mining procedures for the single semi-continuous technology system with self-moved crusher and double semi-continuous technology system with self-moved crusher in the Bao Rixile Open-pit coal mine,which will have important guiding significance for Bao Rixile Open-pit coal mine and other large-scale open-pit mines.
