Study On Application Technology Of Semi-Continuous Mining System In Surface Mine

Based on the advantage of large production capacity, low cost and high efficiency,Semi-continuous mining system is a typical economic and environmental technology, and hasbroad application prospect in our country. But Semi-continuous mining technology still has sometechnical problems in design and application, such as the association between equipmentinvestment and system capacity, system capacity analysis calculation, and self-mobile crushersreprinting mode selection.Those key technological problem is the weakness in mining,and hasnot been well studied and sloved.This paper proposes two concepts——equipment investment of production unit and cost ofproduction unit, through analyzing investment and mining cost in different mining conditions ofour country suface mines. Thus it is determined linking between Equipment investment andsystem capacity, and brings a new quantitative method of mining technology selection.Prior toefficiency, mining width is determined under shovel and self-mobile crushers coordinatingoperation.And a new capacity method is used to be calculated in Shovel technical capacity andsemi-continuous system capacity.The crusher and reprintings selection principle is followed bycrusher disposal mode.If semi-c ontinuous system was disposed on the upper part of open-pit orits count is low, we can reduce investment by Horizontal layout of crusher track; If thecontrary,we can reduce capital construction capacity and production stripping ratio bylongitudinal layout of crusher track. Connecting bridge can be used in single bench reprinting,and can transfer machine be used in grouped benches.This paper puts forward the generalprinciple of selecting crusher and transfer equipment of semi-continuous mining system.inShengli Eastern No.2Surface Mine.Moreover, the unique view is proposed in blasting andfreezing adhesion of semi-continuous mining system.
