In recent years,haze pollution has caused serious harm to the world,so haze pollution gets more and more attentions of scholars.This paper aims at investigating the willingness of residents to reduce haze,as well as their current mitigation behavior.In order to mitigate haze pollution from the level of household consumption and guide the residents to adopt more mitigation behavior,the influencing factors of mitigation willingness and behavior in Shandong Province,China,have been examined.Firstly,this paper analyzes the energy consumption status of residents in Shandong province from the aspects of total energy consumption,per capita energy consumption,energy consumption structure and intensity of residents.Secondly,according to the residents of energy consumption status of air pollutant emissions,as a result of the energy consumption estimate,confirmed that the use of coal and gas is the main reason for the air pollutant.Finally,this paper based on the grounded theory,constructs the willingness and behavior model of residents in shandong province based on smog emission reduction theory model,and the development scale,the spot investigation,the residents in shandong province has collected 364 valid questionnaires,using the structural equation model to empirical test of theoretical model,using the hierarchical regression analysis of situational variables to reduce haze will and reduce haze behavior relationship adjustment effect.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:?1?Analysis of the current situation of energy consumption of residents.Through the analysis of the statistics found that between 1995 and 2013,rapid growth of urban and rural residents living power,urban and rural areas of resident's per capita energy consumption is rising rapidly rising,increase energy consumption gap between urban and rural residents.However,during the study period,the per capita energy consumption gap between urban and rural residents decreased.With the decrease of the proportion of coal products,the proportion of petroleum products,natural gas and heat is increasing,which presents an obvious multi-layer structure.?2?Influence of residents'energy consumption on haze.Through calculation and analysis,found that residents of coal and gas is the main energy of many air pollutants,including NH3,PM2.5.5 and PM100 and CO emissions is mainly due to coal combustion,emissions and showed a trend of rising year by year.The emissions of VOCS and NOx are mainly due to the use of gasoline,and the trend of annual increase in emissions is clear,especially from 2009 to 2010.Emissions of air pollutants from liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas are low.?3?Residents'willingness and behavioral model to reduce haze.Through the analysis of the model,the author found that residents of haze will is the most direct influence residents to reduce haze behavior psychological factors,and to guide residents better implement haze reduction behavior,arouse reducing haze willingness is the key.At the same time,the residents'perception of haze pollution,the sense of responsibility for reducing haze and the restraint of behaviors can indirectly affect the reduction of haze through the intention of reducing haze,among which the perception of haze problem is the most important.?4?The effect of situational factors in the model.Residents of haze intend to habitual and haze reduction in the process of the transformation of behavior by positive adjustment model specification,government incentives,and more into a habitual behavior,reduce haze of investment to reduce the effect of haze behavior is relatively weak.In the case of habitual haze reduction,the demonstration norm,government propaganda and government incentive policy have no significant effect on the regulation of haze reduction intention.For the investment emission reduction behavior,the government education and the propaganda intensity and the government incentive policy have a significant adjustment effect on the intention to reduce haze,in which the regulation effect of government incentives is positive.
