In recent years,China’s "haze" weather of autumn and winter,beacuse of its high frequency of occurrence,affecting a wide range of long duration,high hazard,Triggered the sustained attention of the government and the public.Air pollution control,especially the coordinated management of air pollution,has become an important proposition in current social governance and environmental governance.Langfang City,is closed to Beijing and Tianjin,located in the heart of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area.It is an important area to promote the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Therefore,the effectiveness of air pollution control in Langfang City is closely related to the overall effectiveness of air pollution control in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and is an important part of coordinated development in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei.Since the development of air pollution control in Langfang City,a certain effect has been achieved.However,the current governance is still a relatively single governance model dominated by the government.It has not yet launched the full participation of all sectors of society in governance.Collaborative governance among multi-agents is still in the primary coordination stage of small coordination,low cooperation,and poor coordination system,and it is difficult to achieve significant governance effects.This article focuses on the collaborative governance of air pollution in Langfang City,based on collaborative governance theory,analyzes the current situation of air pollution control Langfang City,.Attempt to reveal the reality of the plight of air pollution from diverse collaborative governance of the government,market,social and public.Both the four main countermeasures explore how to better play to their strength to seek diverse collaborative governance.Establish a guarantee mechanism for multi-cooperative governance,promote the formation of multi-coordination governance model,and achieve total social participation and sustainable collaborative governance.At the same time,provide an effective reference for the current governance model to government-led,real drive continuous improvement in air quality.Firstly,the thesis expounds the research background,research purpose and significanceof the paper,the basis for the selection of the topic,the research methods,and the research status.Secondly,the definition of relevant concepts and interpretation of basic theories are carried out,which mainly include the clear definition of the concept of air pollution,air pollution control and the systematic elaboration of collaborative governance theory.Next,the current situation of collaborative treatment of atmospheric pollution in Langfang City was analyzed,which mainly covered the achievements of air pollution control in the perspective of retrospective development and collaborative governance of Langfang City.The focus of the thesis is based on the theory of collaborative governance,analyzing the problems existing in the coordinated management of atmospheric pollution in Langfang City and the causes of the problems.In response to the problems existing in the multiple governance of atmospheric pollution in Langfang City,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed,including government-led construction of the atmosphere.The long-term mechanism of pollution control,the promotion of active participation by enterprises,the enhancement of the power of the public and social organizations,and the establishment of a safeguard mechanism for the coordinated management of atmospheric pollution.
