This article through to the SPC control principle,a detailed description of the control system,the systematic study of the main control method,based on the actual production process need to SPC control system running software research and development innovation,finally realize the statistical process control in the process of direct reading spectrometer sample analysis abnormal data types of monitoring and analysis,to improve the accuracy of direct reading spectrometer analysis data,timeliness,and improve the quality of our products have a significant impact.Based on the SPC control the graph is the research object,this paper studies the commonly used SPC control chart type,the main principle,characteristics and applicable conditions,to seek the right kind of control chart combined withproduction practice,thus solve the problem of some production,to achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency and product quality.In this paper,on the basis of the existing equipment analysis software,research and development of semi-automatic system upgrade for the automatic analysis system,and introduced the research and development of the design process and the final results,realize the whole process automatic analysis,without human intervention,improve the efficiency and accuracy of the data analysis.On the basis of the software running,this paper USES normal distribution theory as the foundation,study poor average X-R control chart,the principle and characteristic of the concept of process capability index and its application in the manufacturing.In this paper,the main research results are as follows:study of the original analysis software,steel smelting automatic analysis model;Drawing using normal distribution theory X-R control chart,real-time monitoring,the optical emissionspectrometer analysis of abnormal data in time,quickly find abnormal factors control measures,finally reduce fraction defective products,improve product quality.
